Sylvania's Fall Festival and Parade

Children showed off their best Halloween costumes for the 27th Annual Fall Festival and Parade in downtown Sylvania on Sunday, Oct. 20, 2013. At the festival, representatives of the Downtown Sylvania Association judged young attendees for the best trick-or-treat outfits. Afterward, the children were invited to participate in the parade.
