TPD 12 Kids of Christmas shopping trip

Thirty-one children were selected by Lucas County Children Services to go on a shopping trip with Toledo police officers during the police department's 12 Kids of Christmas event. The annual shopping trip gives each child a $100 gift card and an officer to browse with. The children are also treated to a breakfast and pictures with Santa.
