Toledo Inmates Assemble Bikes for Area Children

Inmates at the Toledo Correctional Institution assemble bicycles on Dec. 12, 2012, for children served by Lucas County Children Services. Fifty bikes were donate by Kate Koch Gatch of Blacklick, Ohio, in Franklin County. She is known as the "Bike Lady."
