Toledo SOUP winter celebration

Toledo SOUP held its winter celebration at Toledo School for the Arts on Sunday, March 9, 2014, in Toledo. Five small nonprofits presented ideas to a crowd and participants voted to give a money grant to the best idea. CLICK ON ANY IMAGE TO ENLARGE PHOTO, START SLIDESHOW.
