Susan Del Vecchio. She and her husband, Robert Seyfang, bought the Bakery Building, renovated it, and lived in it for over 30 years. They now live in Perrysburg. The Wander the Warehouse District Loft & Home Tour, put on by the Toledo Warehouse District Association in Toledo on Sunday. Included on the tour are the Bassett Nut Building, The Buchanan Nipper building, and the Bakery Building.

Catherine Kanary Schrein, who lives in the Warehouse District, relates some of the history of the area in general and the Buchanan Nipper building in particular. She had lived inNew Jersey for 35 years, and when she retired, she says "Toledo was the place to come back to". Kanary Schrein, who lives in the Bartley Lofts, considers this office space as "one more wonderful example of what we've got going on here."
