Texas man is indicted in November bank robbery

A San Antonio, Tex., man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for the Nov. 22 robbery of the KeyBank branch at 324 Main St. in Sylvania.

Wilbur Zimmerman, 37, is accused of taking $1,185 from a teller after handing her a note. No weapon was seen; the robber fled in an auto.

Mr. Zimmerman was arrested and is in custody in Florida. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
