Charter One Bank adds to Toledoan's duties

Charter One Financial, Inc., said yesterday that Toledoan Lee Dunn, president of Charter One Bank in western Ohio, has been named manager of business banking for Charter One's Michigan division, First Federal of Michigan.

A spokesman for Cleveland-based Charter One said that Mr. Dunn will continue to oversee 20 northwest Ohio branches but also will be responsible for a commercial-lending operation in Michigan. The spokesman said Mr. Dunn plans to keep his residence and primary office in Toledo but will have an office in Detroit.
