Three men were arraigned yesterday in Toledo Municipal Court on charges stemming from the stabbings of two men Saturday during a dispute in the south end over a parking space, authorities said.

Michael Patrick McNally, 37, and Richard Gardiner, 35, both of 1056 Orchard St., and Lawrence Krise, 38, of 558 Colburn St., were each ordered held in the Lucas County jail on $60,000 bond by Judge Mary Grace Trimboli.

Mr. McNally was charged with two counts of felonious assault; Mr. Gardiner, with two counts of complicity to felonious assault, and Mr. Krise, with one count of inciting to violence. Mr. McNally and Mr. Gardiner were arrested Monday at their home. Mr. Krise turned himself in to police at the Scott Park district station, Detective Harold Mosley said.

Jeremy Hallauer, 18, of Reynolds Road, and Eddie Wyatt, Jr., 19, of Michigan Street, were stabbed about 5 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of Colburn. Mr. Hallauer is in serious condition in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Mr. Wyatt was treated at the hospital.

Mr. Wyatt was confronted by a man who was angry because Mr. Wyatt parked his car too close to a car owned by the man's girlfriend. The man and two other men started fighting with Mr. Wyatt, who was stabbed, police said. Mr. Hallauer, who was visiting his girlfriend in a nearby duplex, was stabbed after running out to help Mr. Wyatt, the detective said.
