Gonzales will be sentenced on July 10 on the same charge.

Pedro Arce, Jr., of Defiance will be sentenced on Aug. 28 for his role in the case, while three other men, Victor Gomez, Jr., of Defiance, Jay Ridgway of Continental, and Greg Sherry of Melrose, Ohio, are awaiting trial.
