Woodland Mall in Bowling Green purchased for $1.94 million

BOWLING GREEN - Green & Prephan, Ltd., paid THF Realty of St. Louis $1.94 million for the Woodland Mall, according to the real-estate transfer recorded with the Wood County auditor's office. The purchase occurred last week but the price was not disclosed.

Realtor Al Green and developer Scott Prephan, who formed the mall-buying firm, are looking to attract tenants to the struggling 300,000-square-foot mall.

THF Realty had owned the mall since 1993. The mall's anchors are JC Penney and Elder-Beerman.
