BOWLING GREEN - The new owners of the Woodland Mall have signed a lease with Chicago-based Sears Roebuck to bring a small Sears retail outlet to the mall by Nov. 23.

The store, which will have 10,000 square feet and be next to Elder-Beerman, will take three months to construct and will feature appliances, electronics, tools, lawn and garden equipment, and fitness equipment, according to Green & Prephan Ltd., the partnership that bought the mall in June. The store will provide delivery, installations, in-home service, and online shopping services.
