The Andersons says profits will be higher
12/11/2002The Andersons, Inc., of Maumee yesterday raised their 2003 earnings projections.
The agribusiness said that its improved operations mean it should have a per-share profit of $1.50 to $1.65 next year, up from $1.31 to $1.41 that had been estimated last quarter.
Two analysts polled by Thomson First Call expect the firm to earn $1.34 a share this year, and the company had a profit of $1.21 a share last year.
