A former employee of Sky Financial Group Inc. has sued the Bowling Green bank holding company for $150,000, saying Sky continued to use her copyrighted Offline Teller software after she was fired last year, without paying a licensing fee.

In the suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Toledo, Katherine Ramsey, of Rudolph, Ohio, said the software is used at 250 Sky locations in a multistate region. A Sky spokesman said the firm has not received notice of the suit and couldn't comment.
