Christy Fletcher, executive director of Organized Neighbors Yielding eXcellence, Inc. (ONYX), has accepted a job in Atlanta as a senior developer with that city's Bureau of Housing, board President WilliAnn Moore announced yesterday.

Replacing her on an interim basis will be Deborah Younger, who was Toledo's acting director of development under then-Mayor Carty Finkbeiner.

ONYX is a nonprofit community development corporation helping with business and residential development in an area of the central city.

Ms. Moore credited Ms. Fletcher with helping to secure $20 million in local investment and for ONYX's 2002 award as the Mature Community Development Corporation of the Year from the Ohio CDC Association.
