Last week, Anthony E. Bald|win was sentenced to about 41/2 years in prison for three counts of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy. Police said Baldwin, 34, staged his kidnapping and left a ransom note demanding $350,000 from his parents, James and Rhoda Baldwin, who own Carmel's Mexican Restaurant at 2947 Tremainsville Road.
