Weldon F. Stump & Co., a Toledo used-machinery dealer, was forced into involuntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy this week by four of its creditors that say they are owed $2.3 million.

Largest of the creditors is the Troy, Mich., office of Huntington National Bank, which said Stump is deficient on a loan for more than $2.2 million. The other three creditors are Lesher Printers Inc., of Fremont; Henry Gurtzweiler Inc., of Toledo; and CWS Advisors Ltd., of Toledo.

The firm was founded in 1948 by Weldon F. Stump, who died in 2002.
