Lesniewicz Associates, Toledo, a design and advertising firm, has promoted Rod Frysinger to vice president, account director, from director of account services.

Steven Clar, president of the Klar Organization, a real estate development, building, and brokerage firm, is the recipient of the University of Toledo's Business Pacemaker of the Year award.

Hart Associates, Maumee, and Communica, Toledo, were named to the 2004 top 50 of the nation's business-to-business agencies by BtoB Magazine.

Awards were presented to the following by the Home Builders Association of Greater Toledo: Fannin Remodeling, Toledo, SMC Remodeler of the Year, and Forrester Wehrle Homes, Toledo, SMC Builder of the Year.
