BOWLING GREEN - A Perrysburg man who admitted to having sexually explicit photos of children on his home computer was sentenced yesterday to 30 days in the Wood County jail.

Wood County Common Pleas Judge Alan Mayberry also placed Michael Strayer, 22, on community control for four years and ordered him to undergo a sex offender treatment program through Behavioral Connections and to perform 100 hours of community service.

In April, Strayer pleaded guilty to one count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor. As part of a plea agreement with the prosecutor's office, six additional pandering charges and six counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance were dismissed.
