FREMONT The second of two Bellevue men convicted of stealing 13 bottles of a painkiller from a Fremont pharmacy was sentenced yesterday to four years in prison.

Brian Eddington, 23, was sentenced on one count of robbery by Judge Harry Sargeant, Jr., of Sandusky County Common Pleas Court. The judge also ordered him to make restitution of $2,228 to the Kroger pharmacy on Oak Harbor Road, where the May 1 robbery took place.

Eddington s brother, Mark, 20, was sentenced Sept. 16 to four years in prison for the robbery.

Authorities said Mark Eddington took the bottles of OxyContin from the pharmacy and fled in a car driven by his brother.

Both men await sentencing in Huron County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty to robbery charges involving an April 25 robbery in which OxyContin was taken from the Pamida Pharmacy in Bellevue.
