A Perrysburg Township woman who told police she found prescription medicine in a sealed container of chocolate milk was bound over to a Wood County grand jury yesterday.
Stephanie M. Wood, 25, of 9564 Mandell Rd., was charged in Perrysburg Municipal Court with making false alarms, a felony punishable by up to a year in prison and a $2,500 fine.
Ms. Wood called police about 3:30 a.m. March 13 to say that she found a container of medicine in a half-gallon of Kroger brand chocolate milk she bought at the Kroger store on Carronade Drive in Perrysburg.
A search of her apartment later that morning revealed more of the same medicine, the bronchial dilator Albuterol, which was prescribed to her.
