Vice president appointed by Sky Bank

Tom Taylor has joined Sky Bank, Toledo, as vice president for commercial lending.

Dennis L. Bennice, retired risk management president for Dana Corp., Toledo, is the recipient of one of two places on Business Insurance magazine's 2006 Risk Management Honor Roll.

The Toledo Area Human Resource Association has elected Benet Rupp president, Andrea Gurcsik president-elect, Carole Aldrich vice president, Tammy Claus treasurer, and Kara Kilby secretary.
