PORT CLINTON - A Fremont man with 12 drunken-driving convictions has been indicted on three counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension, and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, Ottawa County Prosecutor Mark Mulligan said yesterday.

Patrick J. Kennelly IV, 39, was being held in the Ottawa County Detention Facility at the time of his indictment.

The Ohio Highway Patrol stopped Kennelly for erratic driving this month and reportedly found cocaine and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.

The counts in the indictment are felonies because of Kennelly's 12 convictions, Mr. Mulligan said.
