PORT CLINTON The Springfield, Ohio, woman accused of leaving her 2-year-old daughter alone while she partied with her carnival co-workers at the Ottawa County Fair near Oak Harbor last week was taken back into custody yesterday, sheriff s deputies said.

Megan Johnson, 21, was arrested about 4:45 p.m. after Ottawa County Municipal Court Judge Frederick Hany II revoked the $4,000 bond Ms. Johnson posted. She was being held in the county jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Wednesday in municipal court, deputies said.

The sheriff s office would not comment on what led to Ms. Johnson s bond being revoked, citing the ongoing investigation.

Ms. Johnson was arrested and charged with child endangerment Wednesday after security workers at the county fair found her young daughter alone about 2:30 a.m. She approached deputies and security guards about 4:40 a.m. and told them she left the child for only a few minutes to attend a party in an arcade tent with fair workers.
