PORT CLINTON A Municipal Court hearing yesterday for a Port Clinton doctor charged in a child pornography case was waived and the case was bound over to the Ottawa County grand jury, a court official said.
Marc LeDuc, a family doctor and coach of a youth hockey team, is free on $100,000 bond.
Dr. LeDuc, 43, is charged with two felonies involving alleged conversations over the Internet with an undercover detective posing as a 14-year-old boy.
The doctor was arrested Aug. 18 after detectives searched his home in Catawba Island Township and his medical office just east of Port Clinton.
