Mayor to meet residents

Toledo Mayor Carty Finkbeiner and other city officials will have a town hall meeting Thursday at Rogers High School to discuss city services and ways to improve them.

The meeting will be from 6 to 8 p.m. in the auditorium at the school, 222 McTigue Drive.
