BOWLING GREEN A Grand Rapids, Ohio, man was indicted yesterday by a Wood County grand jury on charges that he caused the death of a Perrysburg woman in a motorcycle crash last summer.

Jeffrey Gensler, 43, was indicted for aggravated vehicular homicide stemming from the July 28 death of Marguerite Slattery, 50, who was a passenger on his motorcycle when it crashed. He is to be arraigned Nov. 13 by Wood County Common Pleas Court Judge Robert Pollex.

Mr. Gensler was westbound on Dowling Road when he failed to yield for a stop sign at Tracy Road and lost control of the motorcycle, which rolled over. Neither he nor Ms. Slattery was wearing a helmet, the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
