2nd suspect indicted in 2 N. Toledo killings

A Lucas County grand jury yesterday indicted a second suspect in the September murders of Tammy Cappelletty and Juan E. Ybarra in North Toledo.

Tyrone Johnson, 28, of 11 East Park St., was indicted on two counts of aggravated murder and one count of aggravated robbery. Both charges include specifications that guns were used.

Ms. Cappelletty and Mr. Ybarra were found shot in the head Sept. 19 in a car at Baker and Locust streets, and pronounced dead a short time later at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.

Police also arrested Latrel Brown, 25, in the homicides.

Brown, of 915 East Bancroft St., is being held in the county jail in lieu of a $1,025,000 bond. Johnson s bond has been set at $500,000.
