A 17-year-old Toledoan accused in a shooting and robbery in which three men were wounded will stand trial as an adult.

John Harris III was certified during a hearing Wednesday in Lucas County Juvenile Court. He was moved from the county s juvenile detention center to the county jail and booked on an aggravated robbery charge. He was being held last night in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

Last month, Judge Denise Cubbon ruled that prosecutors established probable cause for an aggravated robbery charge against him and referred the matter for a social history investigation and psychological exam.

The teenager is accused in the Oct. 27 incident that began at a house at 962 Indiana Ave. and ended at Ann s Bar-B-Que in the 1000 block of Hawley Street.

Three men were shot in the legs during the incident.
