Bond at $1M for suspect in roommate s death

9/13/2007

FINDLAY Bond was set yesterday at $1 million for a Findlay man charged with the stabbing death of his roommate.

Joshua Fox, 30, is being held in the Hancock County jail on a murder charge stemming from the death of Jeffrey Harmon, 38, whose body was found Sept. 5 in the East Sandusky Street apartment the two men shared.

Police believe Mr. Harmon may have been killed a few days before his body was found.

Fox yesterday asked Findlay Municipal Court Judge Kevin Smith to bar the media from the courtroom a request the judge denied.

Fox also asked for a court-appointed attorney.
