The man accused of entering dormitory rooms at the University of Toledo and touching female students as they slept pleaded not guilty yesterday in Toledo Municipal Court to a charge of sexual imposition, a misdemeanor.

Jeremy Ketter, 25, of 4051 Walker Ave. is to be arraigned Monday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court on two counts of burglary, both felonies, stemming from the incidents. He is in the Lucas County jail.

Ketter, who is not a UT student, was arrested by UT police after he was accused of entering at least four unlocked rooms in Nash Hall early in the morning of Sept. 6 and touching women in three rooms and speaking to two in another room.
