Findlay man denies guilt in fatal knifing, robbery

FINDLAY A Findlay man charged with robbing and fatally stabbing another Findlay man pleaded not guilty yesterday in Hancock County Common Pleas Court.

Joshua B. Fox, 30, was arraigned before Judge Joseph Niemeyer, who continued Fox s bond at $1 million.

He and Michael A. Kitchen, 22, were indicted last week by a county grand jury for aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, and tampering with evidence for the Sept. 3 fatal stabbing of Jeffery E. Harmon, 38, in the East Sandusky Street apartment Mr. Harmon shared with Fox.

Fox and Mr. Kitchen are being held in the county jail.
