Cooper Tire names VP for new global post

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., Findlay, has appointed Carl Montalbine to the new position of vice president of global quality and operational excellence.

Continental Secret Service Bureau Inc., Toledo, has promoted Scott Wunder to chief executive officer and chief financial officer; he had been CFO. It has promoted Kirk Davis to president and chief operating officer from manager of business development and Wendy Limes to vice president of accounting from controller.

A. Glenn Paton has joined Waterford Bank, Sylvania, as vice president of commercial banking.

William Kidd has joined Wood County Hospitals, Bowling Green. as vice president of support services.

The Northern Ohio Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors Inc. has given Kuhlman Builders Inc., a general contractor in Ottawa, an award of excellence in construction.
