Andersons adds director

Catherine Kilbane has been named to an added seat on the board of The Andersons Inc., Maumee. She is senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of American Greetings Corp.

Bill Lamb has been promoted to vice president of television broadcasting of Block Communications Inc. He had been president and general manager of Independence Television Co., Louisville, Ky.

John Skibski, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Monroe Bank & Trust Co., has been elected to the board of Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.
