Findlay bank-robbery defendant in court today

FINDLAY A Findlay man charged with robbing a local bank on two different occasions is to be in U.S. District Court in Toledo today for a bond hearing before Magistrate Vernelis Armstrong.

Two counts of bank robbery by force and two weapons charges were filed Friday in federal court against Keith B. Crisp, 45.

He is accused of robbing the former Sky Bank at 1403 North Main St. on Dec. 15, 2005, and again Aug. 17, 2006.

The FBI matched Crisp s DNA to evidence recovered after the second robbery, a spokesman for the agency said.
