A towering crane hovers over the steel frame of a new building at ProMedica Health System s Flower Hospital in Sylvania. A 60,000-square-foot medical office building and and 8,500-square-foot addition to the Hickman Cancer Center are scheduled to be finished by the end of the year. The hospital broke ground in June on its new projects, which included renovations to the existing 10,000-square foot Hickman facility.
