BOWLING GREEN A Bowling Green State University football player was arrested Monday night in connection with a home invasion at a Klotz Road apartment.

Orlando R. Barrow, 19, is being held in the Wood County jail on charges of aggravated burglary and abduction.

Bowling Green Police Lt. Tony Hetrick said investigators are seeking two other men who reportedly broke into an apartment at the Enclave II complex, pointed what turned out to be Airsoft guns at the three occupants, and demanded marijuana.

The occupants of the apartment said one of the intruders pointed a gun at their heads and said he would kill them if they did not comply, while another of the burglars searched different areas of the apartment and kicked in the door of one of the bedrooms that was locked.

All three men were wearing dark clothing and masks, the victims said.

After they fled, a Wood County Sheriff s deputy apprehended Mr. Barrow near South College Drive and Napoleon Road. Barrow is a sophomore defensive lineman from Chesapeake, Virginia.

As officers were searching the area for the other two suspects, they found a backpack in a field near the Children s Resource Center that contained dark clothing and an Airsoft pistol.

Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact them.
