Freelance cleaner Mitch Biller removes years of grime from the bricks of 111 South Huron St. in Toledo, which Bill and Ann Albright, the owners of Swan Creek Candle Co., are refurbishing to make into garden lofts. The Albrights have installed new windows and restored the original floors of the historic building, in which they now reside.
