Semeno vich, 25, of 907 Homer Ave., who is being held in the county jail, is charged with murder in the death of Kaycie Bork, 3.
Semenovich is accused of slapping Kaycie Oct. 20, driving her into the kitchen stove, court documents state. Kaycie died Thursday in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.
Dr. Diane Barnett, a Lucas County deputy coroner, said the girl died from head injuries.
The girl s mother Mallisa Lusk, 27, also of the Homer address, is charged with felony child endangering. She remains in the county jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.
