A fourth man accused of taking part in a home invasion Sunday at 916 Harding Drive where a 19-year-old woman was sexually assaulted was arrested yesterday, police said.

Ruben Heard III, 20, of 1420 Macomber Street, Apt. B was charged with rape, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, and kidnapping. He was being held in the Lucas County jail without bond pending his arraignment today in Toledo Municipal Court, authorities said.

He was arrested about 10:30 a.m. at his home, police said.

Three Toledo teenagers, who were arrested Tuesday for their roles in the home invasion, were arraigned yesterday in Toledo Municipal Court.

Dallas Feltner, 18, of 155 Corinth St. was charged with aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, and kidnapping. His bond was set at $150,000.

Samson Cosme, 19, of the Corinth address was charged with aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, kidnapping, and rape. His bond was set at $250,000.

Lakeith Meyers, 18, of 890 Prouty Ave. was charged with complicity. His bond was set at $50,000.

They're accused of forcing their way inside the home at gunpoint about 12:45 a.m.

They bound four victims' hands with duct tape and put tape over the victims' eyes, then took the woman to a back room, where she was raped, police said.

Authorities said the home invasion appears to be retribution for an unfinished tattoo job.
