A 17-year-old boy who escaped from the Lucas County Juvenile Justice Center was back in the juvenile lockup early Friday after Toledo police arrested him the night before in central Toledo.

Willis Johnson was arrested about 9:15 p.m. at 816 Vance St., charged with delinquency in connection with escape, and booked into the Lucas County Juvenile Justice Center, police said.

Young Johnson escaped about 8:30 p.m. Oct. 3 from the juvenile lockup, 1801 Spielbusch Ave., in downtown Toledo along with Dontae Moore, 16, who was arrested two days later.

The pair escaped after a 16-year-old Michigan boy broke a window on the second floor.

Young Johnson was being held on seven felony delinquency charges - two felonious assault, two aggravated robbery, and three burglary - and a probation violation from a domestic violence conviction from June, 2007, authorities said.
