Inspectors at the Toledo office of the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration have issued a $16,200 fine for safety violations at a north Toledo plant that assembles chassis for the Jeep Wrangler.

Hyundai Mobus Ohio Module Manufacturing Co. LLC was fined following a September incident in which an employee was injured after a forklift operator inadvertently struck an improperly stored parts bin.

The original fine of $18,000 was reduced by 10 percent to reflect the size, good faith, and history of the employer.
