A fourth charge of sexual imposition was filed Thursday against a veteran Toledo police officer accused of inappropriately touching at least four women when stopping them for various offenses, authorities said.

Officer Christopher McQueen, 42, who was appointed to the department in December, 1993, was charged with two counts of sexual imposition Friday and an additional charge of sexual imposition on Monday. He is to appear on the charges Tuesday in Toledo Municipal Court.

The allegations stem from five incidents from June to August last year involving four women, who told investigators they were fondled by Mr. McQueen before being arrested or cited.

Mr. McQueen voluntarily took himself off the department s payroll in September, when he was questioned by internal affairs investigators about the incidents. He is not receiving a salary or benefits.
