City, state, and federal offices will be closed Monday, as will Lucas County offices, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr., Day.
Lucas County auto title offices will be closed. Call private licensing agencies for their hours.

Businesses
All banks, financial institutions, and banking centers will be closed, except for the Fifth Third Bank Mart locations in Kroger stores, which will be open.
Shopping centers and malls will be open regular hours.
Schools
Public and parochial schools and area colleges and universities will have no classes.
Mail service
There will be no mail delivery or window service at the Main Post Office or any of the classified stations or branches. Mail collection will be limited. The Bulk Mail Acceptance Unit will be open from noon to 3 p.m., but customers must have money on account for bulk mail service. Express Mail service will be available.
Public utilities
Toledo Edison office and phone service and the Columbia Gas phone center will be open regular hours.
Libraries
The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library and branches will be closed.
Bus service
Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses will operate on a regular schedule.
Trash pickup
The city s new LEAP system will push the regular trash collection in Toledo one day forward and stay on that collection day until the next city holiday. A color-coded 2009

Parking
Meter parking in downtown Toledo will be free.
