Charter One branch on east side held up
4/17/2009The Charter One Bank branch at 201 Main St. was robbed shortly after 1 p.m. yesterday by a man who gave a note to a teller demanding money.
The robber, who was given an undisclosed amount of money, ran to a vehicle and fled. The robber is described as black, in his late 20s to early 30s, 6 feet tall, and weighing 250 to 300 pounds. He wore a black baseball cap, black T-shirt, black pants, and tennis shoes.
