I-75 ramp to Wales Road remains closed

A fuel leak from a tractor trailer has closed part of northbound I-75 near Wales Road in Northwood.

The ramp from northbound I-75 to Wales remains closed. It was closed about 7 a.m. Friday morning. The right northbound lane to I-75 reopened after 8 a.m.

There was no accident that caused the fuel spill, authorities said.

The suggested detour is northbound I-75 to Miami Street (exit 199) and southbound I-75.
