Lima area man arrested for murder

LIMA A Harrod, Ohio man has been arrested for killing his 18-month-old stepson.

Justin Basil, 30, is charged with murder for the March 1 death of Kadon Lee Luke.

Mr. Basil, who was arrested Wednesday, is scheduled for arraignment at 2 p.m. Friday in Lima Municipal Court.

The boy was the son of Tiffany Luke and Jesse Commons Jr., both of Lima.
