Please print out this form and bring it to the May 1 job fair, sponsored by The Blade and WTOL-TV, Channel 11. More than 100 employers are expected to be on hand at the event, which is free and open to the public.

It is scheduled for 1 to 4 p.m. May 1 at the Lucas County Recreation

Center in Maumee.
