A sure sign of spring

Flowers aren t the only things that bloom in the spring, as a fine crop of orange barrels has sprung up to slow traffic along I-75 at the Wales Road interchange. Joint repairs on the interstate between the Buck Road interchange farther south and downtown Toledo to the north were blamed for the slow going yesterday, as work crews closed off some lanes.
