Police search for robber in East Toledo bank heist

A man in a black and red hooded coat robbed a Charter One Bank branch on Main Street near Fourth Street in East Toledo of an undetermined amount of money shortly before 3:30 p.m. Thursday, authorities said.

The robber was described as being in his late 40s and about 5 feet, 2 inches tall. He was last seen fleeing on foot, according to Toledo police.
