    Ex-Oregon Mayor Jim Haley, a Korean War veteran, studies the monument, which honors veterans from Oregon and Jerusalem Township who served or died in The Forgotten War. Pvt. Robert Beale is the only known eastern Maumee Bay soldier to have been killed in the conflict.
